You create tailored solutions that address unique business needs, improve user experience, and support data-driven decision-making.Location: Bangalore (India)Key Responsibilities- End to End implementation experience with the Salesforce platform. - Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to stakeholders. - Experience with development technologies such as Apex. - Integration experience using Web-based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit, and MuleSoft. - Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign-on and data security. - Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, and SVN. - Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver solution requirements.Mandatory Skills- Experience in designing and developing software components. - Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Unit Testing. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related major. - 5+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP), filling positions of growing responsibility, and managing junior technical resources. - 5+ years’ experience as a Developer in a mid-to large-sized organization, with proven leadership in driving organizational transformation in a matrixed organization. - 5+ years of professional object-oriented development experience.Why Join Artemis ABA?- Opportunity to lead architecture for a next-gen healthcare platform. - Mission-driven team focused on improving lives through behavioral health tech. - High autonomy and the chance to build something meaningful from the ground up. - Collaborative culture blending healthcare expertise and innovative software development. - Flexible work environment with room for professional growth and recognition.
