Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for working with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in managing IT teams and delivering successful technology projects.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, and cost optimization in IT operations.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations.
  • Dedication to staying updated with technological advancements and best practices.


Role Requirements

  • Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of technology systems and networks.
  • Manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Maintain high levels of IT service delivery and promptly address technical issues or challenges.
  • Monitor and manage IT budgets, controlling costs while aligning with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand technology needs and ensure effective solutions.
  • Implement and uphold cybersecurity measures and data protection in accordance with regulations.
  • Analyze user feedback and technical performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and execute IT initiatives to support business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain relationships with technology vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure resource availability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive IT developments, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, projects, and advancements.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and skill development.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to IT and data management.
  • Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example for IT teams and promoting a strong work ethic.
  • Manage emergency situations and technology-related crises, prioritizing data security and continuity.
