I'm building OutframeHQ — and I'm looking for a tech co-founder.

Not a developer-for-hire. Not a consultant. A builder.

OutframeHQ is a new-age marketing systems and innovation company in the making — operating at the intersection of creativity, neuroscience, and smart technology-led brand experiences. Think creative meets tech, ideas meet infrastructure.

We're building this as a federated structure, focused units under one roof - and we now need someone who can own the tech narrative from day one.

I already have 4 co-founders from the creative, growth, consulting, and brand side. What's missing is a true tech partner — someone who wants to architect this with us, not just ship code.

You might be someone who:

  • Has built things solo or led tech at an early-stage startup.
  • Gets product, APIs, automation, AI/ML, integrations - and knows how to prototype.
  • Likes figuring out how tech can enable better brand experiences.
  • Wants real equity and skin in the game — not just a paycheck.

What you'll own:

  • Tech vision, tooling, and infrastructure for the company.
  • Building core tech-led offerings (e.g., automated marketing tools, campaign dashboards, personalization engines, computer vision).
  • Productizing services where possible.
  • Long-term: leading a tech team that builds across the Outframe ecosystem.

This is a co-founder role — early stage, high autonomy, real ownership. You'll be in at zero, helping shape how it grows.
