Strong operations are what make this possible—and this role sits at the heart of that foundation.The RoleThis is a high-ownership operations role responsible for ensuring our products reach the right place, at the right time, without friction.You will:Work closely with pharmacies to ensure product availability and smooth reorderingCoordinate inventory, dispatch, and last-mile delivery for both offline and online ordersMaintain simple but accurate inventory and sales trackersAct as the first point of coordination for operational issues—solving problems quickly and calmlyDocument learnings and help build repeatable systems as we expand to new citiesThis role is hands-on and fast-paced.
