Currently we have an opening for US HR - Employee Engagement Executive – Onsite.


Description:

Develop strategies to improve engagement, and manage programs designed to foster team members, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, learning and development, diversity, wellness, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment. Also, provide various administrative and operational support.

Training will be provided wherever required.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale and distributing them to employees through various channels such as email, phone call prompts, or paper surveys.
  • Reviewing survey results and helping management create action plans based on their findings.
  • Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to gather information about why they are leaving the company and how to improve retention rates.
  • Evaluating the company’s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made in order to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Providing leadership training to managers and other employees on topics such as conflict management, team building, and coaching skills.
  • Helping managers develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or other methods.
  • Providing training to employees on topics such as conflict resolution interviews with departing employees to gather information about why they are leaving the company and how to improve retention rates.
  • Determining best ways to engage employees, such as through contests or recognition programs.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proven resolution skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.
  • Work as a team member as well as independently, exercising judgment and initiative.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with employees, and others encountered in the course of employment.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.


Education and Experience:

  • Graduate any stream.
  • MBA/PGDM - preferred.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience.
  • Good communication skills.


Job Timings - 7 PM - 4 AM (Onsite).
