Role and Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Lead and managed a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, guiding the development of advanced algorithms and modeling techniques to enhance Document and Text Extraction.

- Innovation in Visual Recognition: Oversee projects focused on image recognition, object identification, and visual recognition, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

- Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate closely with R&D teams and other departments to ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge algorithms in user and developer-facing products.

- Performance Optimization: Set and monitor performance metrics for algorithms, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of quality and efficiency.

- Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in emerging data science technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

- Leadership in Python Development: Extensive experience in Python development within a Linux environment, with a strong background in leading teams to deliver high-performance software.

- Advanced GPU Programming: Expertise in multi-threaded GPU programming, with the ability to mentor the team in high-performance computing techniques.

- Machine Learning Application: Demonstrated success in applying machine learning and computer vision principles to real-world data, especially in scanned and documented images.

- Strong Foundations: In-depth knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, meshing, sampling theory, and linear algebra.

- Data Science Technologies: Proficiency in data science tools and libraries, such as Pandas, Scipy, Numpy, and Matplotlib, with a focus on guiding teams in their effective use.

- Expertise in Computer Vision: Comprehensive understanding of computer vision, including feature detection, segmentation, classification, and the implementation of machine/deep learning models (e. , OpenCV, YOLO, Capsule Networks).

- Strategic Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on addressing complex challenges at a strategic level.

- Innovative Leadership: A forward-thinking approach, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies within the team.

- Software Design: Advanced understanding of software design paradigms and development best practices, with the ability to guide the team in adhering to these Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, or a related field with a specialization in Image Processing or Machine Learning.

- Experience in Management: 5-8 years of industry experience in Data Science, including Computer Vision, LLM, and ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Research and Development Focus: Preferably, candidates should have experience in leading research efforts in deep learning models for image processing or OCR, with a strong publication record in relevant conferences or journals.

- Advanced Academic Background: A PhD or equivalent research experience is highly desirable, particularly for candidates who have driven R&D initiatives and contributed to the academic community
