Lead Corporate Accounts


Job Description:


- Finalisation of accounts under Ind AS and IFRS, Consolidation of accounts, Fair valuation of assets, Coordination with the JV Partners, Review of Subsidiaries and Associates accounts, providing information to various stakeholders.

- Finalisation of Accounts as per requirement of Lenders. Coordination with respective team to finalise EBIDTA.


- Reporting to JV Partners. Resolving queries of Statutory Auditors at group level.


- Having sound knowledge of IFRS. Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions.

- Working on Deferred Tax at Holding Level and compliance with CBCR and Pillar II norms.

- Hedge Accounting, Capitalisation of Borrowing Cost.

Accountabilities & Activities:


- Finalization of accounts Using Consolidation Tool Analyzing the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet.

- Knowledge of IFRS and other GAAPs.

- Preparation of Annual Report for Holding Company.

- Finalization of Accounts for Lenders as per deadlines.

- Coordination with the JV Partners, Subsidiaries & Associates, providing information to various stakeholders.

- Providing information to JV partners.

- Taking information from Associates.

- Coordinating with JV/Associates for queries from stakeholders.

- Coordination with respective team to finalize EBIDTA.

- Statutory Audit / M&A / TAX Getting the Statutory Audit done for Working on Deferred Tax at Holding Level and compliance with CBCR and Pillar II norms.

- Transaction Advisory for M&A.

- Hedge Accounting, Capitalization of Borrowing Cost.

Key Challenges:


- Knowledge of IFRS and other GAAPs, Finalization of Consolidated Financials, Statutory Audit, Tax. (ref:iimjobs.com)
