Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ROW (Rest of Countries) Payroll Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and a solid understanding of finance principles.


• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for US/Canada employees accurately and in a timely manner.

• Process monthly payroll for Netherlands/UK employees accurately and in a timely manner, working with consultants.

• Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness.

• Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.

• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.

• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and reconciliations.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in US Payroll.

Preferred Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in US Payroll processing. Solid understanding of federal and state payroll regulations and compliance.
