Think cookie fries, brookies, brownies, cookie cakes, stuffed cookies — the kind of desserts that make you pause mid-scroll and say “I need that right now.”We’re building a dessert brand that blends flavour, aesthetics, and culture… and we’re just getting started. 🍪 Who We’re Looking ForA young, creative pastry chef who gets the assignment: someone who doesn’t just bake, but curates experiences.Someone who is:🍪 Up to date with dessert trends (NYC cookies, soft serve swirls, crookies, viral TikTok desserts - you know the vibe)🍪 Obsessed with plating, textures, and visual appeal🍪 Experimental, not afraid to try new flavour combos🍪 Detail-oriented but also fun and flexible🍪 Passionate about food culture, café bakery concepts, and brand aestheticsIf you’ve ever saved a dessert reel “because you want to try it later,” we want you.Responsibilities • Create and innovate desserts aligned with the Treats by Therapy vibe • Standardize recipes, quality, and consistency • Work closely with our brand and content team to develop picture-perfect products • Manage baking timelines, prep, and production efficiently • Maintain hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards • Assist with menu launches, seasonal specials, and creative dropsRequirements • Professional pastry background or strong portfolio • Experience in cafes, patisseries, cloud bakeries, or dessert brands is a bonus • Strong understanding of baking fundamentals • Aesthetic sensibility for colour, form and garnish • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and collaborate with cross-functional teams📍 Khar | Dadar | Borivali | Versova | Full-Time | On-Site
