Role : Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location : Remote

Budget : ?2 Lacs Per Month (2 LPM)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support integrations, data conversions, reporting, and fast formulas. This role also requires functional understanding, especially in Compensation and Equity areas. The consultant will work across Oracle HCM tools and may optionally leverage OIC and/or Mulesoft for integration work.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage HCM integrations using HCM Extracts, HCM APIs, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).

- Support data conversion and migration activities across Oracle HCM modules.

- Design and generate reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.

- Write and manage Fast Formulas for various business rules in HCM.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Provide optional support for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) based integration flows.

- Troubleshoot issues related to HCM integrations and data load processes.

- Ensure all deliverables are well documented.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- 48+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical or Techno-functional roles.

- Strong command over HCM Extracts, HDL, HCM APIs, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI.

- Functional knowledge in Compensation and Equity modules is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) optional but a strong advantage.

- Mulesoft integration experience nice to have, not mandatory.

- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM data model and business processes.

- Experience working in remote/distributed teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Soft Skills :

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.

- Collaborative attitude to work in a cross-functional team.

- Proactive in identifying issues and recommending improvements.

- Functional knowledge of Compensation and Equity area in Oracle is plus

- HCM Techno-Functional Engineers / Integration Engineers with core expertise in HCM extract , HCM API integration , HDL imports .

- Added expertise in Mulesoft would be highly desirable but not mandatory.

- Oracle HCM Tech (Integrations, Data Conversion , Reports, Fast Formulas, OIC(Optional)) + Functional Coverage.

- Hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.
