Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend systems and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Build and manageAPIs (RESTful/GraphQL)to support product functionalities. Optimize application performance and database queries for scalability. Ensure application reliability, security, and performance standards are met. Work with cloud services ( AWS/GCP/Azure ) for hosting and deployment. Participate in code reviews, testing, and best practices for software development. Contribute to architecture discussions and help improve overall system design.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2-3 years of hands-on backend development experience in aproduct-based company. Proficiency in backend programming languageNode.js(must have) , Python, etc. Experience with frameworks such asExpress.js and Graphql. Strong understanding ofdatabases (SQL/NoSQL – MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis) . Exposure tomicroservices architecture, APIs, and event-driven systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ. Familiarity withcloud platforms (AWS/Azure)and CI/CD practices. Knowledge of containerization(Docker, Kubernetes)will be a plus. Hands-on experience withRabbitMQandKafkafor event-driven systems. Experience withElastic Searchwill be considered a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments. Proven ability to prioritize, manage and execute projects with self-starting attitude, responsibility, and accountability Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
