The Warehouse Specialist will oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, packing, inventory management, and unloading of goods. The role also involves operating equipment like pallet jacks and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space to support the company's supply chain requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Manage Shopify COD orders, dispatches, returns, and remittances. - Oversee operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Instamart, and - Zepto — ensuring timely booking, dispatch, and payment tracking. - Coordinate with courier partners and handle POC communication for deliveries, - delays, and customer queries. - Manage inventory, warehouse audits, and packaging procurement. - Support B2B dispatches with Nykaa, Zepto, Blinkit, and Amazon FBA.Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or e-commerce operations (consumer brand - experience preferred). - Strong knowledge of dispatch processes, inventory management, and POC handling. - Good English communication is very important for customer support and coordination. - Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Zepto, and relatedQualifications- Proven abilities in Shipping & Receiving and managing Packing tasks efficiently - Experience in Unloading and handling materials safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Proficiency in Inventory Control and maintaining stock accuracy - Familiarity with using Pallet Jacks and other warehouse equipment - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus
