Job Role: (Liaison - Real Estate - Residential)
Location: Bangalore - (HSR Layout)
Reporting: Leadership
About the Company: Urban rise Acting as a bridge between senior management and other departments, ensuring that information flows smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across various departments.
- Overseeing the implementation of company policies and ensuring compliance across all areas.
- Addressing conflicts or disputes that arise between departments or teams, working towards resolution and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Monitoring the performance of different departments, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to the executive team.
- Collaborating with department heads to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that each area receives what it needs to meet its objectives.
- Overseeing cross-departmental projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with company objectives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Assisting in the development and management of budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and in accordance with organizational goals.
- Compiling and presenting reports on departmental performance, key initiatives, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
- Providing advice and recommendations to senior management based on insights gained from liaising with various departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 plus years of experience in - Real Estate (Residential projects) liaising and process.
- Should have excellent networking and relationship-building abilities in liaison with govt agencies / municipal approvals / statutory sanctions / licences etc for purchase of land and construction of residential townships.
- Must have working expertise in construction laws, SOPs and stages involved pertaining to Bangalore location and state.
- Will be responsible for the overall liaison work with state government and statutory bodies.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
