  • Compiling and presenting reports on departmental performance, key initiatives, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
  • Providing advice and recommendations to senior management based on insights gained from liaising with various departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 plus years of experience in
  • Real Estate (Residential projects) liaising and process.
  • Should have excellent networking and relationshipbuilding abilities in liaison with govt agencies / municipal approvals / statutory sanctions / licences etc for purchase of land and construction of residential townships.
  • Must have working expertise in construction laws, SOPs and stages involved pertaining to Bangalore location and state.
  • Will be responsible for the overall liaison work with state government and statutory bodies.
  • Strong timemanagement skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
