Job Description:

-      Detailed understanding of each of our partner organisations’ & the impact they create

-      Understanding the purpose & depth of evaluation required for each funded project

-      Developing frameworks covering both qualitative and quantitative indicators to collect monitoring information

-      Co-ordination with partner organisation on a regular basis to attain:

-      Monthly progress and updates

-      Evaluation of planned vs achieved targets data

-      Fund utilisation details 

-      Impact measures with reasons for discrepancy, if any

-      Analysis, Identification and Reporting on major findings, if any, on data received from partner organisations

-      Summarising overall impact and efficiency of project - pre-post funding impact analysis, success stories, changes in program structure etc

-      Preparing creative, customised reports to be sent to each donor on a quarterly basis 


Skills: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of social impact programs or Internal Audit.
  • Ability to handle, analyze and interpret data effectively
  • Analytical Skills for effective program assessment
  • Proficiency in Report Writing
  • Understanding of CSR Compliances and other regulatory processes/policies
  • Open to short duration travel, if required, sometimes to even remote locations
  • A creative outlook & a curious mind. Energetic. Eagerness to learn, grow and adapt in a start-up changing environment
