Main PURPOSE: (captures the essence of the job in brief)

This pivotal role encompasses an expansive range of responsibilities, including leading project planning and evaluations, fostering vendor relations, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements. A deep understanding of sales processes, coupled with a proven track record in sales automation, is vital for success.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (listed in order of priority)

Project Management & Implementation

• Work with key stakeholders such as sales, marketing etc., and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop a roadmap for implementation.

• Work with stakeholders to define business processes and develop automated workflows that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management/Stake Holders

• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. • Prepare the project status report and share this with all senior management /Stake Holder.

Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion. • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.

• Monitor and track all approved change request (CR) points delivery and post-rollout performance.

• Write reports on the project for management.

• Ensure that the agreed SLA is achieved for all applications.

• Develop metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of automation initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.


Implement the Project

• Execute the project according to the project plan.

• Develop forms and records to document project activities.

• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

• Review the quality of the work completed with the team member /Vendor on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.

• Train the Business team on the use of new automation technologies and workflows.
