- Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing financial expertise.
- Present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Revenue & Cost Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue streams and reduce costs.
- Monitor key business metrics and recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Oversee the preparation of regular financial reports and dashboards.
- Enhance financial processes and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive automation initiatives for reporting and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business finance, financial planning, or a similar role.
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial tools (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
