Description :Job Summary :We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience, preferably in technology or software development environments.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be adept at translating complex business requirements into actionable deliverables.This role requires excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.Key Responsibilities :- Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.- Develop clear and concise user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications to guide software development and business process improvement.- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, and meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.- Collaborate with Agile teams, participating actively in Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensuring Agile best practices are followed.- Create and maintain business process models using tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart to visualize workflows and system interactions.- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies for proposed changes or new initiatives.- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and deliverables.- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.- Monitor project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders and management.- Stay current with industry trends, business analysis methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and deliverables.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology, software development, or IT service environments.- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.- Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models and project management principles.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.- Experience using business process modeling and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.- Adaptable, with a demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
