You’ll lead a small, agile team building next-generation AI platforms usingReact, Python, and FastAPI, and integrate with cutting-edgeLLM, computer vision, and automation systems. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, reviewing code, enforcing quality standards, and mentoring developers — while staying hands-on with the codebase.Location: Vasai (Mumbai) Mode: Full-time (Work from Office) Experience Required:5+ yearsKey Responsibilities Lead full-stack engineering effortsacross multiple AI products (chatbots, vision systems, content generation platforms). Architect scalable systemsusing Python (FastAPI/Flask) and JavaScript (React/Node.js). Collaborate with AI engineersto integrate LLMs, APIs, and ML models into production systems. Drive DevOps practices– containerization, CI/CD, and cloud deployments onAWS/Azure. Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices. Work cross-functionallywith product managers and designers to translate business goals into technical deliverables. Maintain code quality and system performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. Contribute to the technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for optimization or innovation.Required Skills &Experience 5+ yearsof experience in software development with strong hands-on coding background. Expertise inJavaScript/TypeScript,React.js, andNode.js. Strong backend experience withPython (FastAPI or Flask). Proven experience inbuilding REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures. Solid understanding ofdatabase systems(PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar). Experience withGit, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. Strong understanding ofsystem design and performance optimization.Good to Have Familiarity withJava,Docker, andKubernetes. Cloud experience withAWSorAzure. Exposure toDevOps pipelines,infrastructure-as-code, andmonitoring tools. Experience working withAI/ML pipelines, LangChain, or vector databases(nice bonus).
