Description :POSITION OVERVIEW :We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications.The ideal candidate should be proficient in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript, have strong expertise in frontend frameworks like React and Next.js, and hands-on experience with modern databases and deployment on AWS.This role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud deployment, and performance optimization.ShyftLabs is a growing data product company that was founded in early 2020 and works primarily with Fortune 500 companies.We deliver digital solutions built to help accelerate the growth of businesses in various industries, by focusing on creating value through innovation.Job Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications (backend + frontend).- Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.- Develop dynamic and responsive UI components with React.js and Next.js.- Work with databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and caching solutions like Elastic Cache.- Manage deployments on AWS cloud services such as S3, EKS, and RDS.- Optimize system performance, ensure application security, and implement best coding practices.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems while ensuring scalability.Basic Qualification :- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full stack Developer.- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.- Hands-on experience with Next.js, React.js.- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and Elastic Cache.- Proven experience in AWS cloud deployments (S3, EKS, RDS).- Familiarity with distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
