Own the proposal development processfrom intake through submission, coordinating across sales, delivery, and solutioning teams to create high-impact, client-ready deliverables. Craft compelling narrativesthat align with win themes and client pain points, ensuring every proposal clearly articulates value, differentiation, and business impact. Drive pricing and contracting strategy support , pulling together inputs from cross-functional stakeholders and validating consistency across commercial documents. Maintain and continuously improve the proposal asset library , including boilerplates, case studies, templates, and visual elements for reuse across proposals. Manage proposal operations , including pipeline tracking, version control, deadlines, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Mentor and guide junior team members , fostering a high-performance, detail-oriented culture and maintaining proposal quality and compliance standards.Qualifications: 5–12 years of experience in proposal management, pre-sales, or strategy consulting within consulting firms, or healthcare technology vendors. Demonstrated leadership in managing complex proposals and coordinating input from cross-functional stakeholders. Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to translate technical input into persuasive and strategic proposal content. Knowledge of pricing models, compliance workflows, and procurement processes in enterprise and public sector RFPs. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Familiarity with U.S. healthcare (payer/provider) landscape is a strong plus.
