Roles and Responsibilities

1Planning and scheduling ECC MCC meetings bi-weekly. Coordinate with Panel members for Committee meetings like ECC, MCC & Willful defaulters etc. Supporting business by ensuring there are least or no cancellations of important meetings.

2Arranging access of shared drive and Boardpac to panel members wrt meeting related documents.

3Coordinating with Business teams and respective stakeholders for presenting their case in meeting for approval. Ensure smooth conduct and provide regular update to stakeholders on proceedings of meeting.

4Arranging for replacement in case a panel member is unable to attend due to any critical events on an adhoc basis.

5Reviewing ECC and MCC Agenda for the purpose of distribution of cases to Panel members. Publishing the Meeting invites panel wise and segment wise separately as per RSU process within prescribed timelines and modifying the same as and when required.

6Discussing availability with panel members for month and making revisions in panel compositions. Blocking calendars of panel members in advance for the whole month.

7Preparing attendance post meetings as per given formats and sharing on T+1 with team.

8Keeping the repository of recording of the meetings as per the process.

9Any other related activity as may be deemed fit for this role
