Our Responsibilities & Qualifications:

You bring a strong track record and will be expected to:

  • Maintain and enhance network systems: Apply service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations across network and server environments.
  • Proactively monitor & troubleshoot network infrastructure, resolving incidents across Network, Wireless, Firewall, DNS, DHCP, and LAN with precision—occasionally during major outages outside standard hours.
  • Lead operations across medium-to-high complexity issues, leveraging structured change management processes and collaborating closely with Network Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Project teams.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions by analyzing potential enhancements to network hardware/software and assessing their impact on production environments.
  • Participate in projects and network design initiatives, including deployment planning and technology stack improvements.
  • Operate and support cloud networks (Azure/AWS), encompassing NSGs, ASGs, and multi-region deployment strategies.
  • Engineer and manage complex network infrastructure, including firewalls (Palo Alto), switching/routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS), GlobalProtect/IPsec VPNs, ACLs, NAT, VLAN/VTP, STP, VXLAN, Cisco SDA/ISE, Nexus Catalyst/Nexus 9000, and OOB/WLC/APs (e.g., 9800, 9120).
  • Optimize DNS, DHCP, and load balancing systems, both internal and external.
  • Utilize monitoring tools like SolarWinds for infrastructure visibility and provisioning. Scripting or programming proficiency is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort in customer‑facing interactions, incident documentation, and formal presentations.
  • Possess sector-specific experience, favoring candidates with backgrounds in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or other highly regulated industries.
