About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Admissions Professional to manage and lead our Admissions teams, overseeing campus and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, data analysis skills, and a proven track record in driving successful admissions strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with the capability to strategize, implement, and achieve admissions targets while maintaining the integrity of the process.


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Responsible for sales strategy, revenue, and P&L for the region. This includes partnering with educational institutions to generate business and implementing sales activities.
  • Customer relations: Manage and evaluate key customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Business planning: Develop and execute business plans that align with the company's vision.
  • Financial reporting: Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and monitor revenue and expenses.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team management: Lead a team of employees and branch managers, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Operational efficiency: Monitor and improve operational efficiency, and implement cost-cutting measures.
  • Market trends: Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Previous working experience in Admissions of a University or Group of Institutions, and has led a team of 10-15 people.
  • Should be comfortable working on Software / Technology used in Company for lead management/CRM and understand the insights from the data.
  • A committed individual looking for stability and growth.
  • High levels of professional integrity.
  • Well-versed with the university and college functioning and process.
  • Managed and delivered an end-to-end admissions pipeline.
  • Self-motivator and willingness to perform.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary internet-based applications.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be Comfortable in Travelling and should own Personal Transport.
