Business Unit: HCIB Operational ResilienceRole: Operational Resilience Delivery Manager / Operational Resilience Scenario Planning Manager / ICAAP Scenario Planning ManagerLocation: BangaloreExperience: 5+ yearsAbout the TeamHCIB Operational Resilience is a global function supporting nine international markets in meeting local regulatory requirements and adhering to global resilience standards. The team provides cross-market insights, drives efficiencies, supports resilience testing, and promotes consistency across all HCIB markets.About the RoleReporting to the HCIB Resilience Delivery Lead, the Operational Resilience team will support stakeholders across HCIB markets in delivering day-to-day activities under the Global Operational Resilience Framework. This includes the annual refresh of Important Business Services (IBS) and Important Group Business Services (IGBS), impact tolerance reviews, dependency mapping, resilience testing, vulnerability remediation, and self-assessment support.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual identification and review of IBS and IGBS in line with Group principles.Document customer value chains, impact tolerance statements, and process delivery maps.Maintain dependency catalogues for IBS and IGBS.Refresh and manage the BSO Incident Management checklist for HCIB.Produce self-assessments outlining resilience posture, vulnerabilities, and remediation actions.Track and support closure of identified resilience vulnerabilities.Assist with thematic analyses at entity and Group level to identify trends and common issues.Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reporting/MI on resilience across IBS and IGBS.Provide ad-hoc support during local incident responses and post-incident remediation.Required Knowledge & ExperienceSolid understanding of Operational Resilience, IT Risk Management, Business Continuity, Third-Party Risk, or Enterprise Risk Management.Experience within risk, technology, controls monitoring, or operational resilience functions.Proven ability to design and maintain business continuity plans and risk mitigation strategies.Strong cross-functional coordination skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across levels and cultures.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.Experience driving organisational change and enhancing control environments.Key BehavioursStrategic thinker with the ability to align resilience activities to broader organisational goals.High attention to detail and strong execution focus.Ability to challenge constructively and influence future-focused design.Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in complex and changing environments.Demonstrates integrity and high ethical standards.Risk & Controls ResponsibilitiesProactively manage operational risks and communicate business impacts.Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and Group policies.Support timely implementation of audit and regulatory actions.
