We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Website Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of our website. This role requires a strong understanding of web development, content management systems, and digital marketing strategies to ensure the website aligns with organizational goals and provides an optimal user experience.

About the role :

  1. Website Maintenance:
  2. Regularly update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  3. Handling the websites of all the schools in the network with timely updates and creating a tracker for the same.
  4. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT or web development teams for technical problem resolution.
  5. Content Management:
  6. Coordinate with various departments to collect and update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
  7. Ensure content is SEO-friendly, engaging, and aligned with the overall marketing and communication strategies.
  8. User Experience Optimization:
  9. Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement in terms of user experience and functionality.
  10. Implement changes and enhancements to optimize navigation, responsiveness, and overall user satisfaction.
  11. Analytics and Reporting:
  12. Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance metrics.
  13. Prepare regular reports on website traffic, user behavior, and other relevant KPIs to guide decision-making.
  14. Security and Compliance:
  15. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the website against cyber threats and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  16. Stay informed about industry best practices and updates related to web security.



  1. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  2. Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to align website updates with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with external vendors or agencies when necessary.
  4. Continuous Learning:
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
  6. Provide recommendations for website enhancements and upgrades based on emerging technologies.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Content, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Website Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
