Description : ABOUT US : Datacultr is a global Digital Operating System for Risk Management and Debt Recovery, we drive Collection Efficiencies, Reduce Delinquencies and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).Datacultr is a Digital-Only provider of Consumer Engagement, Recovery and Collection Solutions, helping Consumer Lending, Retail, Telecom and Fintech Organizations to expand and grow their business in the under-penetrated New to Credit and Thin File Segments.We are helping millions of new to credit consumers, across emerging markets, access formal credit and begin their journey towards financialhealth.We have clients across India, South Asia, South East Asia, Africa and LATAM.Datacultr is headquartered in Dubai, with offices in Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Nairobi, and Mexico City; and our Development Center is located out of Gurugram, India.ORGANIZATIONS GROWTH PLAN : Datacultrs vision is to enable convenient financing opportunities for consumers, entrepreneurs and small merchants, helping them combat the Socio-economic problems this segment faces due to restricted access to financing.We are on a missionto enable 35 million unbanked& under-served people,access financial services by the end of 2026.Position Overview :We are seeking a hands-on Web Developer to build, run, and improve our company websites and microsites across two tracks : - WordPress (themes, plugins, custom blocks)- Natively developed sites using modern frontend tooling such as React + TypeScript (e.g., Next.js) or equivalent frameworks.- Youll translate design into fast, secure, SEO-friendly, mobile-first experiences; integrate analytics/marketing tags; and ensure reliability through best practices in performance, accessibility, and CI/CD.Core Responsibilities : - Build sites with React + TypeScript (e.g., Next.js/Vite) and modern CSSas well as using Wordpress as per requirement.- Collaborate with design/content/marketing to ship rapid experiments such as A/B tests, landing pages, microsites, etc.- Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility and SEO (on-page, structured data).- Implement and maintain marketing/analytics integrations- Experience with headless WordPress via REST/GraphQL and routing content into a React frontend will be very helpful.- Ensure site security hygiene, backups, and routine maintenance updates.Key Requirements :- Experience : 2+ years building production websites.- WordPress : Strong grasp of PHP, theme development, plugin configuration, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.- Frontend : Practical experience with React and TypeScript (Next.js or similar), modern bundlers (Vite/Webpack), and component-driven development.- Understanding of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance profiling.- Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD concepts.- Solid UX sensibilities and attention to detail; excellent communication and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer :- Opportunity to shape the future of unsecured lending in emerging markets- Competitive compensation package- Professional development and growth opportunities- Collaborative, innovation-focused work environment- Comprehensive health and wellness benefitsLocation & Work Model :- Immediate joining possible- Work From Office only- Based in Gurugram, Sector 65 (ref:hirist.tech)
