Description : About the job : ABOUT US : Datacultr is a global Digital Operating System for Risk Management and Debt Recovery, we drive Collection Efficiencies, Reduce Delinquencies and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).Datacultr is a Digital-Only provider of Consumer Engagement, Recovery and Collection Solutions, helping Consumer Lending, Retail, Telecom and Fintech Organizations to expand and grow their business in the under-penetrated New to Credit and Thin File Segments.We are helping millions of new to credit consumers, across emerging markets, access formal credit and begin their journey towards financial health.We have clients across India, South Asia, South East Asia, Africa and LATAM.Datacultr is headquartered in Dubai, with offices in Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Nairobi, and Mexico City; and our Development Center is located out of Gurugram, India.ORGANIZATIONS GROWTH PLAN : Datacultrs vision is to enable convenient financing opportunities for consumers, entrepreneurs and small merchants, helping them combat the Socio-economic problems this segment faces due to restricted access to financing.We are on a mission to enable 35 million unbanked & under-served people, access financial services by the end of 2026.Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications.The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C, a solid understanding of mobile architectures, and proven experience in delivering scalable apps.Core Responsibilities : - Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver new features.- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices.- Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness across devices.- Debug and resolve technical issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and push notifications.- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor junior developers if required.- Stay updated with the latest iOS frameworks, tools, and industry trends.Key Requirements :- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.- 1 to 2 years of iOS software development experience with Swift and Objective C, XCode and Interface Builder experience with iOS internals- Knowledge of Cocoa Touch frameworks.- Familiar with Core Location and Core Data.- Knowledge in scripting languages like AppleScript.- Knowledge of iTunes Connect, provisioning, Code - signing and IPA/Build creation,- Knowledge of how to profile, debug and optimise apps.- Familiarity with unit testing, UI testing, and performance tuning.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.Good to have- Ability to write responsive, graphically beautiful UI centric, universal apps.- Experience with App Groups and inter - app data sharing.- Experience with implementation of RESTful APIs.What We Offer : - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge iOS apps impacting thousands of users.- Collaborative work environment with career growth opportunities.- Learning & development support for certifications and up skilling.Location & Work Model :- Immediate joining possible- Work From Office only - Based in Gurugram, Sector 65 (ref:hirist.tech)
