JOB DESCRIPTION :

Our product managers are intrapreneurial leaders who decide where we should be heading as a technology org. They work user-backwards and solve complex business problems via technology. They are intrinsically motivated, love moving quickly, and are KPI-obsessed. You will manage a team of these while championing these behaviours to deliver to our business goals.

YOU WILL :

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Pepperfry's digital and physical product lines.

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver exceptional product experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, design, engineering, and QA to drive product initiatives from ideation through launch and beyond.

- Establish and communicate a clear vision for Pepperfry's product portfolio, building consensus on priorities that drive major product improvements.

- Define and analyse key metrics to identify opportunities for product enhancements and measure the success of product initiatives.

- Present data-driven recommendations to influence business decisions and drive alignment across the organization.

- Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features through ideation, design, development, testing, and release.

YOU ARE :

- A strategic thinker with a track record of successfully bringing 0-1 products to market.

- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.

- An excellent communicator and storyteller who can inspire and align stakeholders around a shared vision.

- A master at prioritization, able to balance competing demands and optimize for ROI.

- Passionate about data, with a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving.

- User-focused, advocating for customer needs in every discussion.

- Aware of your own biases and committed to data-driven decision-making.

- Experienced in Agile delivery processes and familiar with best practices for product management.

- Skilled in writing clear and concise documents, PRDs, and wireframes.

- Appreciative of design and its role in creating outstanding user experiences.

- Familiar with coding, with the ability to understand technical constraints and opportunities (bonus, but not mandatory).
