Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, your role entails capturing business requirements for various engagement types supporting business cases, proof of concepts, and projects. You will ensure these requirements are validated, aligned, and documented with precision in preparation for handover to Business Stakeholders, Engagement Leads, or Technical Teams. Your key responsibilities include: Collecting and validating both high-level and low-level requirements through effective root cause analysis and the examination of processes, workflows, and gaps. Developing user cases and user stories. Aggregating and normalising information from multiple sources, processes, and systems. Authoring and maintaining superior quality requirement documents, use cases, and generating clear process flow documents in standardised formats. Working collaboratively with internal and external teams to validate and rationalize requirements, review options, obtain relevant approvals, and transfer requirement specifications seamlessly. Establishing and nurturing close working relationships with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and challenges. Facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops, fostering team collaboration, and sharing knowledge and best practices. Aligning with departmental and business objectives, identifying risks and opportunities, offering advisory support based on thorough analysis, and promoting best practices within the organisation. Managing customer expectations through timely delivery and effective communication. Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement via critical thinking and problem-solving.
