Join Taazaa, as we are looking for creative individuals who love software development, who want to learn and share, and who want their work to make an impact. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager personnel for our team.

Responsibilities that will launch you:

· Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive online traffic and conversion.

· Content Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across various digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

· SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to boost visibility, reach and sales.

· Data Analysis: Regularly analyse digital marketing metrics, use data to drive marketing decisions, and present reports on campaign performance.

· Social Media Management: Develop and oversee social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.

· Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and make adjustments based on performance data.

· Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.

· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

· Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and customer preferences.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (like sales, operations, and HR) to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Eight to Twelve years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, ahref or SEMrush, etc.).

· Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.

· Excellent analytical and project management skills.

· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Superior communication and team leadership skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Attributes

· Certifications in digital marketing or related fields.

· Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.

· Familiarity with web design, WordPress and basic HTML/CSS/JS
