Roles & Responsibility -

● Work independently to close deals and manage assigned clients.

● Support senior-level colleagues in deal development and execution.

● Take ownership of specific industry sectors or client segments.

● Develop and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences.

● Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the sustainability consulting space.

● Qualify leads and develop relationships with potential clients.

● Create and deliver compelling presentations about our services and solutions.

● Negotiate and close deals with new clients.

● Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

● Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings.


Qualifications -

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science background, or a related field.

● Post Graduate in Management, Sustainability or a related field

● Experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

● Experience in the sustainability consulting industry is a plus.

● Knowledge of ESG Services, Sustainability Services, and Carbon Markets.

● Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Strong relationship-building skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.

● Experience required 3-6 Years.
