Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for Analysing and identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing and executing strategies and setting goals, and closing deals. The role requires the candidate to work from Nehru place office in New Delhi.


Qualifications

  • Excellent relationship management and networking skills
  • Proven record of sales accomplishments and target achievement
  • You will nurture the leads provided and grow the business by closing leads
  • There is also potential to independently source and develop new leads.
  • The role involves managing relationships with customers to promote our programs and achieve student enrolment goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated business development, marketing, and sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets
  • Provide excellent service to ongoing clients
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage time
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or above; MBA or equivalent degree preferred
