An Opportunity to Work with One of India's Leading Credit Card Tech Innovators BOBCARD (A Bank of Baroda Subsidiary)Education : BE/B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Experience : 38 years Location : Goregaon, Mumbai (5 days' from Office)Job specific skills : - 4+ years of experience in middleware technologies, with a strong focus on Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Camel, IBM Integration Bus, Oracle SOA).- Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions for enterprise applications.- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data formats (XML, JSON), and protocols (REST, SOAP).- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar languages used for middleware development.- Experience with cloud-based middleware solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Skills : - Experience with API management and service-oriented architecture (SOA).- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for middleware applications (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack).- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.Role & Responsibilities : - Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of ESB solutions to facilitate seamless integration across various systems and applications.- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts to define integration requirements and develop technical specifications.- Oversee the development and deployment of middleware solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ESB performance, addressing any issues related to integration and data flow.- Implement best practices for middleware development and integration, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to middleware and integration, evaluating their potential application within the organization.- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operations and integration of services across the enterprise architecture.- Prepare and present reports on integration project status, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
