We’re now scaling fast, and we need an engineer who can weaponize automation to bring in the next wave of enterprise leads.The Mission This isn’t a “growth hacker” job. This is for someone who canengineer scale:an operator who understands that modern GTM is a data and automation problem, not a marketing one.Your job: build and run the systems that generate, qualify, and convert leads at machine speed.What You’ll Actually Do Build anAI-augmented GTM stack : integrate HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and LLM-based personalization engines. Automatelead sourcing and enrichment:identify companies by signals (funding, hiring, regulatory changes, compliance deadlines). Orchestratemulti-channel campaigns(email, LinkedIn, X) that feel human, not spammy. Engineerfeedback loopsbetween marketing, product, and sales data to refine targeting. Deploy LLM agents thatgenerate and testoutbound messaging variations at scale. Own the metrics : lead velocity, conversion rates, CAC payback.What You Bring 1–4 years in growth engineering, sales ops, or GTM automation. Fluent with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines (Zapier, n8n, Airbyte, or custom Python). Comfortable working with HubSpot / Salesforce / Apollo / Outreach integrations. Some familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or marketing automation using AI. Analytical brain + engineering mindset: you’d rather automate than manually run a campaign. You measure success inpipeline created , not vanity metrics. You live and breathe by MQLs.Why This Role Matters Every great company has a secret weapon. Yours will be data and automation.
