IA-Meetings , is a leading organization in the media and events industry, known for creating impactful experiences and innovative campaigns. We are seeking a talented Social Media Expert to drive our online presence, engage audiences, and amplify our brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for each platform.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with event teams to promote live events, virtual experiences, and brand activations through social media.
  • Develop social media campaigns around product launches, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to our strategy.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction to build brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and stakeholders to amplify reach and visibility.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media content and communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role within the media or events industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and website traffic metrics.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
