We are looking for a B2B Social Media Manager to build and scale our brand presence across LinkedIn and Instagram, driving engagement and lead generation through innovative content strategies.

Role Overview

We need a dynamic social media expert who not only understands algorithms but can also be the face of our content, creating reels and engaging videos to connect with our audience. You will be responsible for developing high-impact campaigns, implementing automated workflows, and integrating social media with our Email & WhatsApp marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality, engaging video content (reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes) to establish Spalba's authority in the event-tech space.
  • Develop and execute B2B content strategies tailored for event planners, corporate clients, and hoteliers on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all digital platforms.
Social Media Growth & Engagement
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and follower growth on LinkedIn & Instagram.
  • Leverage social media algorithms to optimise content and boost organic reach.
  • Implement automated DM and comment workflows to enhance engagement and lead generation.
Performance & Data-Driven Strategy
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, adjusting strategies to improve performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing Integration
  • Manage and optimise Email Marketing & WhatsApp Marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert followers into customers.
  • Align social media efforts with Spalba's broader digital marketing strategy for maximum impact.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B social media management, preferably in event-tech, SaaS, or hospitality.
  • Strong on-camera presence—comfortable creating reels and video content.
  • Expert in LinkedIn & Instagram growth strategies (algorithms, engagement tactics, campaign execution).
  • Proficient in setting up automated DM and comment workflows for lead nurturing.
  • Experience with Email Marketing & WhatsApp Marketing tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimise campaigns.
