Job are looking for a result-driven and customer-focused Manager (Team Leader) to manage key commercial & enterprise accounts and drive revenue through IT infrastructure solution selling. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex IT sales cycles, meeting aggressive revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Ownership & Growth:
- Build strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leads, Selling:
- Data Center & Compute
- Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Network security
- Cybersecurity & Endpoint Security
- Managed Services & Achievement:
- Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM Work closely with Pre-Sales, Technical Architects, and OEM partners to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Coordinate with internal delivery and post-sales teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer Stay updated on technology trends, competitor moves, and customer developments in the IT infrastructure space.
Key Skills & 1425 years of experience in IT solution sales, with a strong focus on infrastructure technologies.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing relationships with OEMs like Cisco, Dell EMC, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing/Sales/IT Management is a plus.
