Hiring: Azure Solution Architect | 10–16 Years Experience | Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 Days WFH) About the Role We are looking for anAzure Solution Architectto design, lead, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions. You will be responsible for defining architecture, driving technical excellence, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enable next-generation digital transformation on Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design, sizing, and implementation for Azure-based environments. Drive PoCs, landscape assessments, and early-stage technology implementations. Conduct architecture reviews ensuring scalability, robustness, and security. Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve critical customer-impacting issues. Act as a trusted advisor, mentor, and technical thought leader across teams. Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, resiliency, and availability. Publish technical papers, best practices, and participate in workshops or reviews. Apply strong project management discipline to ensure timely and transparent delivery. Required Qualifications & Experience 10–16 years of total experience , with5–10 years in Azure architecture or cloud leadership roles . Deep expertise inMicrosoft Azure , including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid architectures. Strong understanding ofnetwork, storage, compute , and cloud-native architectures. Hands-on experience inAzure Data/AI stack(Microsoft Fabric, Foundry, Azure OpenAI). Exposure tomodernization and AI-driven solutionswithin the Microsoft ecosystem. Proven experience designing solutions across multiple Azure services and workloads. RelevantMicrosoft certifications (AZ-305, AZ-400, etc.)preferred. Soft Skills & Leadership Qualities Collaborative and inclusive leadership with a “team-first” mindset. Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex dependencies. Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities. Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of cloud innovation.
