The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of industry experience, with a proven track record in designing and implementing robust Experience Cloud solutions that drive customer engagement, personalization, and digital transformation initiatives. - Key Responsibilities - Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver end-to-end solutions. - Develop and document high-level and detailed solution architectures, including integration with other enterprise platforms and third-party systems. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of Experience Cloud features such as digital experiences, portals, communities, and content management. - Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations. - Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning to ensure optimal delivery. - Stay updated with the latest Experience Cloud capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. - Support pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, estimations, and proposal development. - Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years architecting and implementing Experience Cloud solutions (Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar platforms). - Strong understanding of Experience Cloud features, architecture, and integration patterns. - Hands-on experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks. - Expertise in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences. - Experience integrating Experience Cloud with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus. - Preferred Skills - Experience with other cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. - Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. - Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills. - Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
