Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investor Relationship Specialist at LoanTap Financial Technologies in Pune. The Investor Relationship Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with investors, providing information and updates on investment opportunities, preparing marketing materials and reports, and coordinating investor meetings. The role will also involve conducting market research and analysis, contributing to fundraising activities, and actively organizing investor events and conferences.


Responsibilities:

  • Connect with financial advisors to provide and track mandates for new fundraising from AIF, Family offices, NBFCs, and Debt platforms
  • Identify and plan a monthly schedule of events to attend to expand the network of investors
  • Manage monthly debt issuance subscriptions from HNIs and Institutions
  • Management of Monthly investment summary tracker for existing investors
  • Coordinate and manage the data sync-up with the finance department for reporting
  • Manage monthly/quarterly credit rating revalidation for NCDs and CP issuances
  • Planning and circulation of a monthly newsletter for regular engagement with investors  


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in investor relations or a related field
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, mass media, marketing, economics, or a related field
  • Certification in investor relations (e.g. NIRI or CIR) is a plus
