We’ve been doing this quietly for a while.Now, we’re expanding the team and we’re looking for someone who wants to learn how to make machines think like designers.You’ll work directly with the founder and engineering team to build automation tools that connect design and intelligence fromFigma APIworkflows tocustom ML pipelinesthat make creative production 10x faster.If you’ve ever wanted to blendAI ,design , andreal-world automation , this is that chance.What you’ll doBuild and experiment withAI-based automation toolsusing APIs (Figma, OpenAI, Stability, etc.) Write clean, efficient code that makes workflows smarter — not just flashier. Design and prototype UI/UX flows for automation dashboards. Work closely with designers to understand pain points and automate repetitive tasks. Contribute to internal libraries and frameworks that connect AI with design tools. Document, test, and iterate fast.What we’re looking forYou have a solid grasp ofPython ,APIs , andbasic machine learning concepts . You understand howFigmaand design systems work — or you’re curious enough to learn fast. You’ve tinkered with or built small projects that connect design tools with automation. You can think through both logic and aesthetics — technical + creative. You actually care about learning, not just adding “AI” to your resume. You’re consistent. You can dedicate focused hours daily and keep shipping.Bonus if you haveExperience withFigma API ,RESTful integrations , orFastAPI/Flask . A basic understanding ofUI frameworksorfrontend logic (React, Next.js, etc.) . An eye for design — you don’t need to be a designer, but you should know what looks good.The deal₹15,000/month stipendfor a 3-month internship. Work directly with the founder — no fluff, no bureaucracy. Fully remote. Post-internship:₹12–18 LPA full-time offerbased on performance.You’ll actually learn how AI can automate real workflows — not just theoretical ML models.
