Our mission is to empower organizations through intelligent AI solutions.As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll lead the development of Generative AI systems using large language models (LLMs), advanced AI workflows, and automation tools.The key responsibilities include:Technical ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development: Build, deploy, and optimize Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow automation tools.Architecture: Collaborate on designing scalable, reliable AI architectures using platforms such as Dify.ai, Windsurf, or Cursor.Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and integrate them into our solutions.Testing & Validation: Develop robust testing and validation processes to ensure AI workflows, agents, and APIs are reliable, accurate, and scalable.Leadership & MentorshipTeam Leadership: Lead a team of interns focused on AI workflow creation, LLM integrations, and prompt engineering.Mentorship: Train interns in Generative AI concepts, best practices, and tools — including LLM-based agents and vector databases.Project Management: Manage project allocations, ensure deliverables align with business goals, and support debugging and deployment of AI solutions.Performance Monitoring: Track progress, provide feedback, and guide interns in developing their AI engineering careers.RequirementsWe're looking for professionals with a strong foundation in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.7+ years of overall professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or related technical fields.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI systems using LLMs, AI-driven automation, and agent-based architectures.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with advanced Generative AI tools and frameworks such as ElevenLabs, Mistral, Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Groq.Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, or Superagent.
