You'll guide the team on technical decisions while remaining hands-on, contributing high-quality, production-grade code. Build Full-Stack Solutions : Drive the implementation of front-end experiences ( React, Angular, Vue ) and backend micro-services ( Node.js, Python, Go, Java ) that are built for performance and extensibility. Mentor & Elevate the Team : Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. Lead code reviews, promote best practices in testing and security ( OWASP, CI/CD ), and guide the team's professional growth.
