You bring strong leadership and mentoring skills, take pride in developing talent, strengthening engineering teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration and positivity.As an ambassador for AI-driven development, you will champion the effective use of AI technologies to enhance productivity, accelerate innovation, and elevate the development experience.What You’ll Do- Lead & Mentor: Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding a skilled team to deliver high-quality infrastructure and operations software. - Architect Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable modules for zero-touch provisioning, first-time configuration, backup, recovery, and other critical device lifecycle operations. - Drive Innovation: Champion AI-driven development to optimize productivity and code quality. - Collaborate & Align: Partner with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless integration with complex system components. - Raise the Bar: Establish best practices for performance, reliability, testing, and maintainability across the development lifecycle.What We’re Looking For- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 15+ years in software development, with deep expertise in infrastructure and operations.
