Security and Compliance:
- Ensure the implementation of security best practices to protect company data and systems from cybersecurity threats.
- Oversee compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and other industry standards.
- Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Vendor and Budget Management:
- Work with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
Support and Troubleshooting:
- Oversee technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- Establish protocols for the continuous monitoring and troubleshooting of IT systems.
- Implement and manage helpdesk solutions for employee support.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Regularly report on IT performance metrics to the senior leadership team.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of technology investments and make data-driven recommendations for future Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and system administration.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects and leading cross-functional teams.
