Operating from Pune, the company serves customers globally.Job Title:Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager – Industrial Automation Location:Pune -Pan-India coverage Experience:2-5 years in capital equipment or automation solution sales Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred) About the Role We are seeking a high-performingSales Engineer / Sales Managerto drive business growth for automation and packaging solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong relationship-building and commercial acumen, capable of developing new customers and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for industrial automation and packaging lines. Identify, qualify, and convert leads across target industries such asFertilizers, Pharma, Plastic , Food & Beverage. Collaborate with the design and technical teams to prepare customized Packaging Solution proposals. Manage the complete sales cycle — fromRFQ and quotation to negotiation and order closure. Work closely with project execution, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue and margin targets. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven track recordof closing capital equipment or automation projects worth ₹1-3 crore annually. Strong understanding ofautomation systems, robotics, packaging machinery, or related industrial solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical decision-makers. Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to achieve measurable results. Integrity-driven with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset. Willingness to travel across India (and internationally, if required).
