Title: Group Account Manager.Location: [Bangalore / Mumbai] | Hybrid / On-site.Experience: 6+ years | Marketing Agency Background Mandatory.About the Role:Were a fast-growing marketing agency seeking a strategic, client-focused, and commercially driven Group Account Manager to lead our team of Brand Managers and drive exceptional results for marquee brands.This is a strategic leadership roleyoull shape brand direction, grow accounts, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.What Youll Do:- Lead, mentor & manage a team of Brand Managers across multiple mandates (digital, media, creative, production, social).- Ensure efficient workload delegation, time utilization & training based on industry trends.- Drive PnL management, revenue targets, forecasting & cost control for client accounts.- Identify business growth opportunities within existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell).- Provide strategic brand leadershipideation, campaign planning, and problem-solving.- Write and deliver effective, research-backed creative briefs.- Manage high-visibility client relationships, ensuring retention & satisfaction.- Oversee execution of multi-channel campaigns on time & within budget.- Negotiate with vendors, partners & clients to deliver value.- Keep teams aligned and projects on track despite competing priorities.What You Bring:- 6+ years in marketing with agency experience (mainline and/or digital).- Proven track record managing PnL for multiple large-scale clients.- Hands-on experience across campaign types: digital, media, creative, production, social media.- Strong budgeting, forecasting & cost management skills.- Tech-savvy with knowledge of marketing platforms & tools.- Exceptional communication, leadership & negotiation skills.- Graduate or diploma in Mass Media, Marketing, or Advertising (digital certifications a plus).If youre a brand thinker, strategic driver, and team mentor, this is your chance to lead big mandates and create impactful campaigns.Apply now lets grow brands together.
