About the Role

We're a fast-growing marketing agency seeking a
strategic, client-focused, and commercially driven Group Account Manager
to lead our team of Brand Managers and drive exceptional results for marquee brands. This is a
strategic leadership role
—you'll shape brand direction, grow accounts, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor & manage a team of Brand Managers across multiple mandates (digital, media, creative, production, social).
  • Ensure efficient workload delegation, time utilization & training based on industry trends.
  • Drive
    PnL management
    , revenue targets, forecasting & cost control for client accounts.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Provide
    strategic brand leadership
    —ideation, campaign planning, and problem-solving.
  • Write and deliver effective, research-backed creative briefs.
  • Manage high-visibility client relationships, ensuring retention & satisfaction.
  • Oversee execution of multi-channel campaigns on time & within budget.
  • Negotiate with vendors, partners & clients to deliver value.
  • Keep teams aligned and projects on track despite competing priorities.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in marketing with
    agency experience
    (mainline and/or digital).
  • Proven track record managing
    PnL
    for multiple large-scale clients.
  • Hands-on experience across campaign types:
    digital, media, creative, production, social media
    .
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting & cost management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of marketing platforms & tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership & negotiation skills.
  • Graduate or diploma in Mass Media, Marketing, or Advertising (digital certifications a plus).
