The Business Development Manager at Wavex Auto Care will be responsible for driving and executing the strategy for the offline business, managing sales and marketing teams, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the achievement of goals and quotas.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.


Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales and marketing teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.


Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Wavex Auto Care.


Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Wavex Auto Care’s products and services.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to improve their experience with WaveX Auto Care.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve service offerings.


Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
  • Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.


Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure they are within the approved budget.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in the automotive or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
